Hello Friends! Well, Father's Day is right around the corner and I wanted to make a bright cheery card for my daughter to give to my hubby! He loves the color purple so I went with that theme for this card.

Okay, that striped patterned paper is everything! It's from the Bouquet patterned paper collection. I really think the purple just POPS! Next, I used the Nested Tickets die set to cut out a couple of tickets.

Next I heat embossed a couple of sentiments from the Thanks for Everything stamp set. After adhering the tickets, I die cut the word dad and added it to the top of my card. I really love how this card turned out, and I know my hubby is going to love it!

Thank you so much for stopping by!

Hugs,

Carol

Hello Friends! I'm back today sharing a yummy birthday card! This Birthday Wish die set from Scrapbook.com is sure to make your tummy grumble!

For this card, I started with the patterned paper and worked my way from there. I die cut several party fans and then started working on the cake. I used several colors of cardstock for my cake layers, I just love how scrumptious this looks!

To finish off my card, I die cut the sentiment from the same Birthday Wish die set. I just makes the perfect finishing touch!

Thank you so much for stopping by today!

HAPPINESS CRAFTED

Hello Friends! I know it's been kinda quiet around these parts lately, but I just got back from a business trip in Barcelona. I absolutely love that city! We worked a lot, we ate a lot and we definitely left with a sense of teamwork.

Now that I'm back, it's craft time! I am super excited about this card because I think it's so sweet! I used the Special Delivery stamp set from Scrapbook.com.

I am absolutely loving the color palette! The patterned paper is called Darling and it definitely dictated the color palette. Both the stamp set and paper pad are coming soon to Scrapbook.com so just click to be notified as soon as it's in stock!

So, to create this card, I started with kraft cardstock and I stenciled the background using the Party stencil to have some fun confetti in the background. I used my wavy rectangle die to cut it out and adhere to my card front.

Next, I die cut the nested round balloons out of the Darling paper pad and adhered them with foam squares. And, lastly, I stamped my sentiment and fussy cut it out and added a few sequins for a little bling to complete the card. Please note, there is a coordinating die for the stamp set that is also coming soon!

I hope you enjoyed this card and thank you so much for stopping by today!

Hugs,

Carol
