Hello Friends! How do you store the projects you're working on? Do you store them or are you like me and just have products randomly on your desk or on the floor?? Well, I have found a great solution for all of your works in progress. Storage Envelopes from Scrapbook.com! They have envelopes in various sizes but I like the letter size for my unfinished or need to start projects.
Isn't this a great solution! The envelope is large and extremely sturdy! This would also be a handy idea for crafting on the go. Do your kiddos play sports or participate in other extracurricular activities? You could load up your supplies, head to the field or the gym and craft your little heart out while you wait for practice to end. You would have everything you need at your fingertips and once you're done, pack it back up, stick it in your bag and head back home. I'm really getting into this organizational thing, it really does help! Little by little I'm getting myself to a place where I actually know where all of my stuff is, it's very refreshing!
As a side note I wanted to mention that as the school year is finally coming to an end (our schools are done on Friday) I will be moving my "home office" from the kitchen table to my craft room. I was at the kitchen table because our daughter did virtual learning this year and we have a built-in desk in our kitchen which was the perfect place for her. I knew I wanted to be close so I could keep an eye on her and keep her on task so I set myself up right next to her at our kitchen table. My kitchen table is literally a hot mess! I have my work papers all over the place, Paige's school books and school work...oh how I cannot wait until Friday! Anyway, I'm getting a new desk and bookshelf in my craft room so I can comfortably work from home while Paige is in summer camp. Also, now that my hubby is retired, he won't feel like he has to walk on egg shells all day trying to keep quiet while I'm at work and Paige is at school. I'm super excited because I think it will be good for the whole family and who doesn't like getting new furniture! LOL! I'll be sure to post pics once I'm all set up!
