Hello Friends! I'm back with another installment of Christmas in July. This time, I'm using new products from Scrapbook.com. I think this may be the first year where I actually completed Christmas projects in July and I think I like it!
For this card, I started with the Nested Stockings die using the third largest die from the set to cut out some beautiful patterned paper. For the top of the stocking, I used red card stock and then adhered a silver glitter snowflake die-cut to the center.
Next, I ink blended some white card stock and adhered another sheet of patterned paper from the Peppermint paper pad to the bottom. I added a strip of silver glitter card stock above the patterned paper then I got a feel of the placement for my stocking. Without adhering the stocking, I laid out my sentiment from the Celebrate Expressions stamp set, removed the stocking, then picked up the sentiment with the lid of my Misti. Once that was complete, I added my stocking with foam adhesive and adhered my panel to an A2 card base.
I love how festive this card turned out and it's really getting me into the Christmas in July spirit! Thank you so much for stopping by today.
